History

Chiangmai Rimdoi Pub Co., Ltd. founded by team of engineer, architecture and businessman from Chiangmai in 1990. The business started with registered capital for 500,000 baht. Now, we have registered capital 250 million baht. We operate as the contractor for general building such as factory, infrastructure system, inventory building, hotel, resort, hospital, condominium, wastewater treatment system, plumbing system, electrical system, hydroelectricity project and any civil work.

Increasing the registered capital to 5,000,000 baht for revolving money in business.

Increasing the registered capital to 10,000,000 baht and 20,000,000 baht for revolving money in business.

Silyotha Co., Ltd jointed venture with Rim Doi Co., Ltd to be (CRC-Silyotha). We hold the share 50-50. The reason to be the joint venture between this 2 companies is do the auction for  building the underground waste water at Mae Moh mine, located at the entrance to the Maxican Sunflower field, Mae Moh Mine, Mae Moh, Lampang. The project value is 76.50 millions baht and finished in 2011

Silyotha Co., Ltd jointed venture with Rim Doi Co., Ltd to be (CRC-Silyotha). We hold the share 50-50. The reason to be the joint venture between this 2 companies is do the auction for  building the underground waste water at Mae Moh mine, located at the entrance to the Maxican Sunflower field, Mae Moh Mine, Mae Moh, Lampang. Rim Doi Co., Ltd and M.RV Engineering Co., Ltd are joint venture (“Joint Venture CRC-MRV”). They hold 50-50 shares. The reason for this joint venture is to join the auction for building and install the additional of 115 kV switchgear at Bua Yai Power Station, Nakhon Ratchasima as of the Power Transmission System Development and Power Station Project in period 8. The project value is 11.79 millions baht and finished in 2013.

Rim Doi Co., Ltd and M.RV Engineering Co., Ltd are joint venture (“Joint Venture CRC-MRV”). They hold 50-50 shares. The reason for this joint venture is to join the auction for building and install the additional of 115 kV switchgear at Bua Yai Power Station, Nakhon Ratchasima as of the Power Transmission System Development and Power Station Project in period 8. The project value is 11.79 millions baht and finished in 2013.

2014

  • The company changed the accounting period from June-May to January–December starting from June 1, 2014
  • The company become co-founder for CRC Environmental Kyo Co., Ltd. (“CEC). The capital registered is one million baht. Located at 233/1 Mahidol Road, Chang Klan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100. The company is holding 70 percent share. The other 30 percent is holding by one of the director. The reason to establish CEC is to join the auction for picking up the trash in Chiang Mai area and to separate the picking up trash business from CRC.
  • Shareholders extraordinary meeting 1/2014 on May 23, 2014 : the shareholders approve to pay dividend 34.188 per share for 650,000 share to share holder. The value is 22.22 millions baht. CRC had already paid the dividend to share holders in July and August 2014.
  • Shareholders extraordinary meeting on November 29, 2014: the shareholders approve to pay dividend 69.231 per share for 650,000 shares to shareholders. The value is 45 millions baht. CRC had already paid the dividend to share holders in December 2014.
  • CRC and CEC become the joint venture. CRC invest 5% and CEC invest 95%. The reason to become the joint venture is to join the auction to picking the trash in Meng Rai, Nakorn Pink,  Kavila and Sriwichai Districts, Chiang Mai. The value of this project is 568.50 millions baht. The contract will be expired in June 2020.

  • CRC expanded the main branch by buying more building and made amendment the address to be 164/34-36, Chang Klan Road, Chang Klan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100
  • Shareholders extraordinary meeting 1/2016 on September 6, 2016: the shareholders approved to pay dividend 150 baht per share for 650,000 shares to shareholders. The value is 97.5 millions baht. CRC had already paid the dividend to share holders in November 2016
  • Increasing the registered capital to 175 millions baht for revolving money in business.

2015

  • In order to decrease conflict and clearly separate two business from each other. Including to focus and develop the construction service which is the main business for CRC. Besides, CRC had to get ready to register in stock market. CRC decided to sell the CEC’s share and reorganized the investment money with CEC.
  • Registration for dissolution of business and gave back the investment fund for the joint venture with CRC-Silyotha and CRC-MRV after transferred all the jobs to them.
  • Registration for dissolution of business the first branch building because CRC already sold the leasehold and buildings to CEC
  • Shareholders extraordinary meeting 1/2015 on July 22, 2015: the shareholders approved to pay dividend 15 baht per share for 650,000 shares to shareholders. The value is 9.75 millions baht. CRC had already paid the dividend to share holders in July 2015.
  • Shareholders extraordinary meeting 2/2015 on December, 2015: the shareholders approved to pay dividend 46.15 baht per share for 650,000 share to shareholders. The value is 30 millions baht. CRC had already paid the dividend to share holders in September 2016.

  • Entered the MAI stock market on October 5, 2017 under the securities abbreviation “CRD”.
